นายสราวุฒิ เกิดสิน
นักกีฬา Cross country มีชื่อเล่นว่า “โก้” ปัจจุบันอายุ 16 ปี กำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่โรงเรียนศรียาภัยสอง จังหวัดชุมพร โก้ชอบเล่นกีฬาหลายประเภทอาทิเช่น ฟุตซอล ฟุตบอล วอลเล่ย์บอล
โก้รู้จักกีฬาโรลเล่อร์สกีเพราะผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน (ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ปริญญา พงกาสอ) ได้แนะนำให้ไปรู้จักกับชมรมกีฬาโรลเล่อร์สกี จังหวัดชุมพรที่มีนาย Karl Fred Kristensen ชาวนอร์เวย์เป็นผู้ฝึกสอน
ต่อมาโก้จึงได้ไปร่วมแข่งขันกีฬาโรลเลอร์สกีชิงชนะเลิศประเทศไทยในเดือนตุลาคม 2561 ผลการแข่งขันทำให้โก้ได้รับการคัดตัวเพื่อไปฝึกซ้อมเเละเเข่งขันกีฬา Cross-country ski เมื่อต้นปี 2562 ที่ประเทศอิตาลี ซึ่งนับเป็นครั้งแรกที่โก้ได้สกีบนหิมะจริง โดยได้ไปแข่งสกี Cross country ในกีฬานักเรียนเอเซียฤดูหนาวที่ประเทศรัสเซียในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2562
หลังจากนั้น โก้ก็ยังคงฝึกซ้อมโรลเลอร์สกีอย่างต่อเนื่องจนทำให้โก้ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศอีกครั้งในการแข่งขันกีฬาโรลเลอร์สกีชิงแชมป์ประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 3 ในปี 2562 และได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน Roller Ski World Cup 2019 ณ ประเทศรัสเซีย
เนื่องจากสมาคมเห็นว่าโก้เป็นนักกีฬาเยาวชนชายที่มีความสามารถด้านโรลเลอร์สกีและ Cross country ski มากที่สุด อีกทั้งยังมีความมุ่งมั่นและวินัยในการฝึกซ้อม โก้จึงได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้ามาในทีม Cross country เยาวชนเพื่อเตรียมตัวไปแข่งโอลิมปิกเยาวชนฤดูหนาวในเดือนมกราคม 2563 หลังการฝึกซ้อมและแข่งขันเก็บคะแนนอย่างหนักที่นิวซีแลนด์และอิตาลี ในที่สุดโก้ก็ qualify เข้าแข่งขันโอลิมปิกเยาวชนฤดูหนาวที่โลซานในเดือนมกราคม 2563
Mr. Sarawut Koedsin (Ski Cross Country)
Sarawut or ‘Go’ is a cross country ski athlete in Thailand’s national ski team for Winter Youth Olympic Games (YOG). Go is 16 years old, is currently attending Sriyaphai 2 school in Chumphon province, and is a keen athlete playing many sports for instance softball, football and volleyball.
Go was introduced to roller ski by the head master of his school by joining the Roller ski club of Chumphon that has Mr. Karl Fred Kristensen as the coach. In October 2018 Go competed in the Thailand Roller Ski Championship 2018 in Chumpon (first FIS race in Thailand), and was selected by the Ski and Snowboard Association of Thailand (SSAT) together with another 11 roller ski athletes to train as a cross country skier in Italy in January 2019, and that was when Go has skied on real snow for the first time. After the training in Italy Go and the other 11 Thai skiers participated in the Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia in February 2019 as a cross country skier.
Back in Thailand Go continuously trained as roller skier and was again awarded championship in the Third Thailand Roller Ski Championship in 2019 (FIS race), and was selected by SSAT to complete in the Roller Ski World Cup 2019 in Khanty-Mansijsk in Russia in August 2019.
Since Go is the best young male cross country ski athlete, he was selected into the Thailand’s Youth Cross country ski team in preparation for YOG 2020. After intensive training and participation in FIS races in New Zealand in September 2019 and Italy during November-December 2019, Go was eventually qualified to compete in YOG 2020 in Lausanne in January 2020.
